My name is Ronan Kennedy and I am the principal of swiftBER. I am a qualified Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about energy efficiency. I have worked for over 20 years as a director of a leading IT company. Reliability and meeting customer expectations, are my core business principles. while always striving explain some of the more technical aspects of the BER procedure in the simplest possible terms when needed. Aside from being an SEAI-registered BER Assessor, I am a member of Engineers Ireland, and am Garda vetted to Level 2 for your complete peace of mind. The BER process is intrusive by its nature so it's important that you have complete confidence in the assessor that you invite into your property. I look forward to being of service to you!
