I am a registered BER Assessor providing Building Energy Rating assessments for houses and apartments across Wicklow, Dublin, Kildare, Meath and surrounding counties. I carry out thorough on-site surveys and complete all assessments in line with SEAI guidelines using the latest version of DEAP. I have experience with existing dwellings, extensions, attic and garage conversions, and both sale and rental BERs. My focus is on providing clear, accurate and reliable BER certificates, completed efficiently and professionally. I take the time to explain the process to clients where needed and ensure all required documentation is handled correctly from survey to publication.
