My focus is on delivering accurate, compliant BER certificates with a clear, straightforward service and fast turnaround times. In addition to completing BER assessments for sales, lettings, and compliance, I also provide practical energy-efficiency advice to help clients understand their rating and identify realistic options to improve their home’s performance. With a strong background in building energy performance and retrofit, I take a thorough and methodical approach to every assessment, ensuring all information is correctly recorded in line with SEAI and DEAP requirements.
