Ciaran Hegarty is my name. In my role as your BER assessor, I will assess your home's building fabric from windows to floors. Everything from your heating system to your lightbulbs will all have an impact on the energy rating of your home. The BER assessment will highlight these factors and make you aware of how to save money and make your home more sustainable and comfortable. I aim to provide insightful advice regarding your home's energy use and rating. I will assess your home as it currently is and help you make informed decisions about energy efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives if the need arises. I have a wealth of knowledge and practical experience which I hope to bring to your home. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
